These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the BR HAIR online store.

The presentation of products in our online store does not constitute a legally binding offer.

By completing the checkout process and submitting your order, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected products.

After placing your order, you will receive an electronic order confirmation.

The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order, for example by confirming shipment or otherwise expressly accepting the order.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order where permitted by law, including in cases of product unavailability, incorrect pricing, technical errors or suspected fraud.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed in our online store are stated in United States Dollars (USD), unless otherwise indicated.

The final amount payable will be displayed during checkout before the order is submitted.

Applicable taxes, if any, will be displayed during checkout where required.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available during checkout.

Available payment methods may include credit or debit card payments, PayPal, Apple Pay, Shopify Payments or other payment methods made available in the store.

Full payment is generally required when the order is placed unless a different payment arrangement is expressly offered.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Standard shipping is currently provided free of charge.

Estimated delivery time is generally 5–8 business days unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, customs procedures or incorrect delivery information.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Returns & Refunds Policy.

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order, subject to the conditions stated in that policy.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products may not be eligible for return unless they are defective, damaged or otherwise required to be accepted under applicable law.

6. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

7. Product Information and Use

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs and other information displayed in our store are accurate.

Minor variations in product appearance, packaging or color may occur.

BR HAIR Black Rice Hair Oil is a cosmetic product intended for external use.

Product information provided on our website is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease.

We recommend performing a patch test before first use, particularly if you have sensitive or allergy-prone skin.

Avoid contact with eyes and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Individual results and experiences may vary.

Statutory warranty rights apply where required by applicable law.
